Subject
We provide consultancy services relating to education: education strategy, support with applications to schools and universities, summer programmes, coordination of guardianship and tutor selection. The information published on this website is for reference only.
Conclusion of the contract
The specific scope, timeline and fees for the services are agreed individually — in an invoice, in correspondence or in a separate written agreement. Payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the terms set out in the relevant invoice or agreement.
Cooperation
The client undertakes to provide accurate and timely information and documents needed for the services. We undertake to act with due care, professionalism and discretion.
No guarantee of admission
Decisions on admission are made solely by educational institutions, examination boards and state authorities. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Liability
Our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for the decisions or actions of third parties, or for circumstances of force majeure.
Personal data
Personal data received in connection with the services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the applicable law of the United Kingdom.
Intellectual property
All materials on this website are protected by copyright and may not be used without our prior consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We may update these terms; the current version applies from the moment of publication on this page.
