Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains how GlobalMind Education Limited (trading as GlobalMindED; "we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you use this website and our services. We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Who we are

The data controller is GlobalMind Education Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17210240), trading as GlobalMindED. You can contact us by email at hello@globalminded.co.uk or via the Telegram and WhatsApp contacts listed on this website.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive the details you choose to share: your name, phone number or messenger handle, email address (optional), the goal you select and the text of your message. If you write to us in a messenger, we also receive that correspondence. We collect only the minimal technical data needed to keep the website secure and working. Information about children is provided to us solely by their parents or legal guardians.

Lawful bases

We rely on your consent (when you submit the form), the performance of a contract or steps taken before entering one (when we provide consultancy services), our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries, improving our services and protecting the website) and compliance with legal obligations.

How we use your data

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, to provide and coordinate our consultancy services, and to keep records we are required to keep by law. We do not send marketing mailings without your separate consent, and we never sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are delivered to us as private messages (Telegram) and, optionally, by email. We may use trusted IT providers (such as hosting and messaging services) that are bound by confidentiality obligations, and professional advisers where required by law. We do not share your data with anyone else.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up conversation, or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Security

We apply administrative and technical measures to protect personal data. If a security incident affects your data, we will notify the affected people and, where required, the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising trackers. Only the technical means necessary for the site to function are used; any analytics would only be enabled with your consent.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us via Telegram (+44 7387 094712), WhatsApp (+44 7587 931329) or email.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), the UK supervisory authority for data protection.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the latest update shown above.
